Kindly note that, your membership in WEvaha.com is for your sole, personal use. You may not authorize others to use your membership and you may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity.

About Cancellation

MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE if a member chooses to terminate the membership.

Online Conduct

You are responsible for the content and information including profile and photograph you post or transmit through WEvaha.com services. You will not post or transmit any content or information in whatever form they may be contained that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights.

To enhance the security of its members, WEvaha has restricted copying and saving images and content from certain sections of the portal.

We validate only the profile details of the member. Character verification has to be done by interested parties themselves.

DISCLAIMER

WEvaha.com PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY APPLICABLE LAW ANDTAKES NO OBLIGATION FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD-PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR GAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN CHOICE AND RISK.

WEvaha.com DISCLAIMS AND TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER, ON OR OFF THE SERVICE.

REFUND OF FEE

If you choose to terminate your membership, the MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

Provision of Service: WEvaha.com will provide the service[s] that are opted and paid for by the member

Suggestions, Complaints, Disputes: Suggestions and complaints are to be first addressed to WEvaha’s customer care team at helpdesk@wevaha.com

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safety Tips, and any Terms disclosed to you if you purchase or have purchased the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and WEvaha.com

If any delivery of this Agreement is held invalid, the balance of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of WEvaha.com to exercise or impose any right or provision of this Agreement shall not create a waiver of such right or provision. You agree that your WEvaha.com account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your account and its Content terminate upon the end of the membership.
